If you're tired of chipotle this is the place you need to try. They provide with enough quantity which can suffice a single adult. It's a Mexican food joint, loved the burrito and bowl. Also they provide with tortillas with the order and all you can eat 5 types of sauces for tortillas.

I ordered online, show up 20 minutes later, meal isn’t made. Guy says he didn’t get the order. I show him the order, he calls manager. Manager says payment didn’t go through. I show how payment went through on my bank statement. Guy says he won’t make meal unless I pay again then bring receipt few days later to get themTo refund. I said no and left. Horrible business practice.

Bro straight up the worst Moe's I've been to. It's just icky looking inside, and the hot sauce is severely watered down. I've gone back a couple of times thinking it would be better but nope. Just go to Taco Mama or Chipotle.

While I very much like Moe's, this location in Auburn is by far the worst one I've been to. The service is slow, the place is always a wreck with tables out of place and covered in food, and the location is all around weird with it feeling underground.

They didn't serve me well. The staff wasn't patient and left me without giving any fork neither spoon. I should find another staff to where I could find them.... I didn't get a professional respect or nice behavior....Not pleasant experience and I don't think they respect customers. Totally disappointed. Not recommending at all.

Twice now they have messed up my delivery order. Last time they did not read my added items in the description (all things requested are offered free), this time they left off items specified on the order. Plus in my bowl they skimped me, ordered vegetarian and it barely filled up half of the bowl. Good food, just tired of poor service.

Wow. Extremely disrespectful. Almost like she doesn't know better because it was so easy for her to YELL at me. Amber.. yelled at a customer which was me. For pointing at the pico. This was my first time here and my last.

We eat here A LOT due to the convenience and it use to be fantastic. But we have started coming less and less because the service has been terrible for the past year and a half, it’s like they switched managers. They also switched their chicken and it is the grossest tasting thing, so i’ve switched to veggies which is fine. But the older lady with pink hair does not need to work at the front of the line, she put the amount of rice for the kids burrito (maybe less) on a joey junior and I’ve asked her 3 separate times to put more and she roles her eyes and puts like 20 grains of rice on it. They also burn the stacks half the time and still try and serve it. This week they had one man during the whole serving line (from rice to rolling) during the lunch rush on the bogo deal, and there were plenty of people working, he deserved a raise for how well he handled it. There is a lot of room for improvement

Awful, slow, and rude service. Upon entering, the woman didnt bother to greet me and my fiance. We just stood there until she said, "hold on". We counted at least 6 people behind the counter, yet it took so incredibly long to get our food. Not to mention, we didn't get much for what we asked for. After eating, we instantly felt nauseous. My fiance and I have felt sick all day. Do not go to this location. I doubt either of us will return.

I placed a Togo order from the Moes website that said it would be ready by 12:43. When I arrived the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE. I told her I had a To go order and she didn’t even move to see if it was ready. After waiting 2 minutes I then asked her if should could check on it. She then rolled her eyes and walked away to check on it. I believe if you work in a customer service environment then you should have good customer service or at least decent. If I didn’t already pay for my food on the website I would have left. This has been a terrible experience.

Service was fast, but got home and noticed that no sour cream or guacamole was on my homewrecker and they didn’t include any salsa for the chips. I understand resources are low at this time but I wish they would have let me known, since I paid for the home wrecker instead of the Joey bag of donuts.

Just left this place and had the worst service ever. They were backed up, which is expected since classes start tomorrow, but the way that the manager handled the situation was awful. The girl on the register wasn’t very strong and there were at least 10 of us who she had rung up without giving us our food. The food sat there for at least 5 mins and no one said anything. The manager comes out, yells at one of the employees in front of us about how things are backed up and goes right back to his office without trying to help them. Then the girl that was at the register mixed up 3 orders, one of them being mine. Normally my experience is great with this location, but it was awful today. The manager on duty definitely should not be a manager at all.

You won’t find a clean table, let alone a clean spot on the floor to stand on. If you try to sit outside, you’ll be smothered by cigar smoke because of the establishment next door. Food is about normal, I just don’t like leaving a restaurant with sticky shoes.

My 1st vusit to this location while visiting family. It was a great experience overall. Fast friendly service, clean establishment and friendly "Welcome to Moe's" environment. I had the nachos and they were prepared in the manner of which I'm accustomed and as delicious as I expected. Everything was fully stocked and ready upon order. Looking forward to my next visit!

Food is good. Management is awful.

Food is good just like any Moe’s location, but this one has awful customer service. I just picked up my online order and walked to the front (no greeting by anyone). The girl standing up at the front was sleeping and when I walked up to her she didn’t say one word to me she just looked at me. I said “I had an online order” and she just kept staring at me til she finally rolled her eyes and walked as slow as she possibly could to where they keep the food. She dropped it on the counter and went back to her sleeping pose thing and never said a word. I had a drink so I just reached over and grabbed one because it was obvious I wasn’t going to be helped here.On top of this EVERY time I come to this location my order is either messed up or missing stuff. The manager is a nice guy but his employees suck. The tiger town location is 100% better even if it’s a longer drive.

Standard Moe's usually pretty packed around lunch and dinner but other than those times it is basically dead. Service is good but is slow at times.

If you’re looking for rude staff, so-so service and an experience that doesn’t really measure up to what you would expect from a Moes, this is the place for you.

The thing about Moe's is you have locations that have good service but bad food, and bad service with good food. This location is the latter. The quality of the food is fresh and always great, but they never fail to screw up my order here. They even gave me the wrong order today but I didn't have time to wait for them to remake it. The staff is always super friendly, they just don't get my order right.

The WORST place I have ever been. Rude people, food was HORRIBLE and somehow my pitiful portion was $15? Never again

Moe's is a great option for the college student! It's got a simple menu with the ingredient bar style of making your order exactly what you want. Download to app to take advantage of the moe Monday deal and do not forget the queso because it is the key. One area I'd like for it to be better is the salsa. Even with several options, I've yet to taste one that really made me want to use it a second time
